These are the steps to check to see if your Kaiser Health plan includes Massage Benefits under your Complementary Care:
If so, you'll have a set number of massage visits per year, with no preauthorization needed.
You will pay us your copay at time of service
(+* additional gratuities are optional and will be greatly appreciated)

1st Step:
Call this number to confirm eligibility:
303-338-3800 or 1-800-632-9700 with your Kaiser member number on hand.
Collect all of the following information on the call:
1.) What is your copay per session? (* gratuities are not included in copay)
2.) How many sessions per calendar year do you get?
3.) How many you have you used so far this calendar year (if applicable)?
4.) When does your calendar year renew?
